At ebrik, we’re more than a software company—we’re pioneers in transforming the construction industry through innovation and cutting-edge technology. Our mission is to enhance the lives of homebuyers and residents, particularly in regeneration schemes, by providing tools that foster transparency, collaboration, and trust.

One of our proudest achievements is the development of See It First, an augmented reality (AR) app created in collaboration with Flagship Group, one of the UK’s leading housing associations. This app exemplifies our commitment to innovation, enabling residents and off-plan buyers to visualise new developments in their actual locations and at real scale before construction begins.

Innovation: Partnering with Housing Associations

Flagship Group manages over 31,000 homes across the East of England, delivering high-quality housing and regeneration projects. By partnering with ebrik, Flagship has embraced innovative technology to enhance communication with residents and ensure that their voices are integral to the development process.

This collaboration highlights ebrik’s ability to work closely with housing associations, creating tailored digital solutions that address the unique challenges of social housing and regeneration projects.

A Complete In-House Solution

At ebrik, we don’t just deliver a digital platform for tracking construction progress—we also specialise in developing custom iOS and Android apps in-house. This allows us to bring cutting-edge solutions like See It First to life, with AR technology that actively engages stakeholders in the construction process.

Our culture of innovation and testing means we’re often first to market with new ideas, always striving to improve the experience for everyone involved in a regeneration scheme.

Empowering Stakeholders During the Consultation Period

See It First isn’t just a tool for visualising homes—it’s a game-changer during the consultation phase of construction projects. During two on-site resident events, residents explored the app and provided immediate feedback on the proposed designs.

This real-time interaction allowed architects to incorporate residents’ input into the final designs, ensuring that the new homes truly reflected the community’s needs and desires. By putting advanced tools like this directly into the hands of residents, we’re reshaping the consultation process into a collaborative, transparent, and meaningful experience.

“Our goal is to bring transparency to the construction industry and focus on stakeholders who are often overlooked in the process,” said Ana Moutinho, founder of Ebrik.
“With this project, we’ve seen how open and willing residents are to engage with these new technologies. It helps them form an early emotional connection to the space that will soon become their home.”

Explore the new homes anytime

Residents and stakeholders can continue to explore the new homes in Saxon Road anytime they want. The See It First app is available for download on the App Store, making it easy to revisit the designs and stay engaged throughout the project.

Innovation for a Better Future

See It First demonstrates how technology can foster inclusion and collaboration in construction. James Payne, Director of Regeneration at Flagship Group, shared the impact of the app:

“This is a fundamental shift in how we consult on projects. By using AR, we can bring proposed changes to life, helping tenants see exactly how their community will evolve. It’s a powerful way to involve more people and ensure their voices shape the outcome.”

Redefining the Construction Experience

At ebrik, we’re committed to developing solutions that make the construction process transparent, efficient, and inclusive. From our digital engagement platform that tracks construction progress to innovative apps like See It First, we’re driving change in the industry.

This project highlights how technology can improve lives—not just by visualising homes, but by creating opportunities for real engagement and meaningful feedback.

We are proud to work with housing associations like Flagship Group and look forward to collaborating with others to bring more innovative solutions to the sector.
