Ravensbury
Mitcham, London
Ravensbury estate is undergoing a landscape-driven regeneration in Mitcham, South West London. The 200 new homes will replace non-traditionally constructed properties built just after the Second World War.
Prior to regeneration, 30% of the social rented homes on Ravensbury estate were overcrowded. The regeneration will see all existing social renters rehoused based on need, as well as significant landscaping improvements.
